When purchasing from Elevation Audio, please be advised if you are in the area of an authorized dealer, your order will sent to that authorized dealer to be completed. If you are outside the area of an authorized dealer your order will ship directly from our offices in Clinton, NY.

Return Policy

Please be advised that all returns have to be supplied a RA (return authorization) number, any return not showing the RA number on the shipping label will be refused at the time of delivery. All returns must be accompanied with orginal invoice.
